map of all the human proteins in cells\, tissues and organs using integrat
ion of various omics technologies\, including proteomics\, transcriptomics
\, antibody-based methods and AI-based systems biology. The current versio
n (www.proteinatlas.org) consists of six separate parts and the database c
ontains in total more than 20 million web pages with information on variou
s aspect of the genome-wide analysis of the human proteins. All the data i
n the knowledge resource is open access to allow scientists both in academ
ia and industry to freely access the data for exploration of the human pro
teome. The implications for the understanding of human biology in health a
nd disease will be discussed with a focus on drug development and precisio
n medicine. \n\n\nStream link: https://embl-org.zoom.us/j/96175186021\n
